A. Yes, our products are first quality. Everything you need to know about the product is located in the description of every product.

Q. I received the wrong order, what do I do?

A. Although, this has never ever occurred to us, since we strive for perfection when it comes to our customers satisfaction, if you happen to get the wrong order, please contact us immediately via the CONTACT US page, Facebook, Instagram or e-mail.

Q. What do I do if my ordered product is damaged?

A. If you happen to get a product that is damaged in any way, please contact us via the CONTACT US page, Facebook, Instagram or e-mail, providing the proof of the damaged goods and your order details. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or a refund.

However, you might be asked to return the damaged product. All shipping fees will be paid in such case.
